I am a motivated and dedicated recruiter with over 20 years experience who takes both the company and my profession very seriously.

On a day to day basis, I am the principle ad writer, researcher and technical interviewer along with working with our clients to fully understand what skills and personal attributes they are looking for from new hires….A 8 day a week schedule.

Today there are very few industries that are as sophisticated as specialist search as today we have to know about thousands of technologies, along with understanding the ins and outs of multiple industries as our task is to attract top people, which can only be achieved by engaging with both clients and the professional public in a knowledgeable informed manner. Bottom line, I always have both people’s careers and clients bottom lines to consider when undertaking each assignment … A very serious business.
