With the recruitment industry moving into BTOC BTOB, along with Social Media, daily a large part of my work is to look after the online reputation of our company.

Administrating this site, placing ads onto career boards, preparing correspondence along with System Administration, I am proud of my work as my attention to detail and spelling skills are one of the first things that people notice when researching Leading Edge Consulting.

My work is reflective of every aspect of the company as a single spelling mistake can render a search project null and void.

Learning the ropes of being a search consultant, I also assist with the primary work, which goes into building our talent pools and marketing efforts.
