A systems development environment, this position calls for a custom software development management background combined with project risk management.

Essentially they are wanting the capability of measuring client satisfaction, project cost / profit or loss and team / staff performance.

Having a solid grasp of this sector, I see that there are quite a few career paths which you may have trodden to become a projects risk / governance Practioner.

There is the Sarbanes Cobit Basel CMMI route, which intertwines with solutions and methods inclusive of Algorithmic, Barra, Charles River, GRC from SAP and Foundstone as examples.
