Based at the Programme Office of an Infrastructure Projects Management company, a team of OLA / SLA Executives have their “fingers on the pulse” of the service levels being experienced by their clients and the solutions capabilities of the business, pulling these together as required … Going on to constantly measure commercial outcomes, to ensure that their contracted obligations are met, going on to review / improve SLA / OLA commitments whilst managing costs and budgets.

To strengthen their intellectual property in what is the hub of their operation, this organization is looking for a couple of Project Managers holding the aforementioned experience presently working in an ITIL led environment.
