Called in Friday 14^th October 2011. Wrapping up the implementation phases of a large SAP HCM project, the consulting company who completed this project are looking for a manager to take over the SLA – Operational Management of this system on their behalf for their client.

One of the largest installations in the country with over 5000 employees, this role’s portfolio is a mix of OLA SLA / continuous improvement, support and escalation management along with 3^rd party supplier and client account management.

To take up this post we are searching for an ex HCM consultant who has progressed into leadership comfortable leading a staff compliment of over 20.
