A Software House specialising in Billing and Collections workflows provide a suite of applications which cater for passive premium e-collections into client tracing, outbound recovery agent management and debt mediation are working with us as they are appointing a business / systems analyst to work with both new and existing clients in assisting them to reduce the cost and complexity of managing their billing and collection processes.

A specialist niche, they are after a Business Process Analyst who has designed these processes for a Collections House, else an Outbound Credit Recoveries Call Centre as their client’s are focusing more on recoveries at the moment.

Appreciating that professionals in you sector are thin on the ground, your background will include working with systems such as Debt Manager from Fair Issac, Intellitrace from Sun Gard, Credit Ease else CCRS at Barclays as examples.
