The incubator / R&D Division of the projects division of a high street bank  complete all of the cutting edge investigation and design around their web presence… remote banking… virtual cards and digital channel frameworks. 

Within this division are a team of business analysts who transform ideas into requirements specifications using UML.

The Projects Director of this unit is looking for a Team Leader to be projects dedicated and lead / manage the performance of this group. 

Ideally looking for a Business Process Analyst with experience in their sector … Knowing the environment well…This will be a very stimulating place to be.
